Cherry Lambic Ice Cream Float


Lambic Float
serves one

1-2 scoops vanilla ice cream
4 fluid ounces (1/2 cup) lambic

Place a scoop or two of ice cream in a glass. Top with the lambic. Serve immediately with a spoon.
